Hi, I’m Viola Neganova ,HR Business Partner of MOVEON Digital Agency. .
My professional background is focused on building structured HR systems that help companies operate efficiently, scale sustainably and maintain clear internal management as they grow.
Since 2017 I’ve worked with businesses across multiple industries including hospitality, retail, international logistics, healthcare and service companies. This cross-industry experience allows me to quickly analyze organizational structures and design HR frameworks that support real business goals — not theoretical models.
At MOVEON my role is to ensure that the internal team structure evolves together with the company’s growth. I focus on creating transparent processes, clear responsibility systems and operational structures that allow teams to perform efficiently without unnecessary complexity.
